This screenshot reveals the improvements introduced in 1.5a - instead of one big window that demands a high resolution monitor "tabbed notebook" and "toplevel" widgets are used to conserve desktop area. Morover, multiple sets of orthogonal views (MultiView) may be created concurrently, each representing a different drawing or animation. Components may be copied from one MultiView to another.

The orthogonal views allow one to edit the scene looking from whichever of three mutually perpendicular viewpoints is most convenient. The views are always consistent with one another. The Shader/Light view is combined because both types of entity have colors and other parameters that need to be edited. Hit the render button to cause the scene to be rendered in 3D in the perspective view. Options such as "oversampling" and "algorithm" allow the tradeoffs between rendering time and antialiasing and realism, respectively, to be varied.
