SippColor Command

This command does valious operations on colors. The following subcommands are available:

• tox - Convert a TSIPP color to an an X11 color in the form rgb://. Where each of the color values is a 4 digit hexadecimal number.
• tosipp - Convert a X color to a TSIPP color. See the X11 XLookupColor manual page for a description of the valid X color specifications.

This command is only available in tksipp.
