TSIPP follows the calling conventions of the Tcl shell provided with Extended Tcl. The command line is:
tsipp [-q] [[-f] \fIscript\fB]|[-c \fIcommand\fB] [args]

A version of the Tk wish shell containing TSIPP may be invoked with:
tksipp [filename] [options]
